They gave me straight facts without any unnecessary recommendations or pressure, which made me trust them more. On the day of surgery, I was incredibly nervous because it was my first surgery, but they handled me very comfortably. The surgery was done as a closed procedure with only the necessary materials, so there wasn't much swelling or bruising, and recovery was fast, so everyone was surprised haha. They paid attention to the points I emphasized, so I think it turned out naturally just as I wanted! And the aftercare is very systematic, and they checked on me several times, which made me feel reassured and very happy.
