The director is kind, but feels a bit like he only says what he wants to say. He isn't really the type to listen closely to the patient, but he does the surgery neatly. The consultation manager and hospital staff are kind. Compared to other large hospitals, it's true that the care devices and scar-laser management system are lacking, but if the director is good at surgery, well..
