I also liked that they could do virtual surgery during the consultation. They explained each implant one by one, and there was absolutely no pressure or steering; if anything, I remember them being extremely kind. I went because I liked the before-and-after photos in the reviews, but when I saw the before-and-after cases during the consultation, the shapes were all pretty, which is probably why I liked it.
