It was my first breast surgery, and I had an inframammary incision, but I have keloid-prone skin... the scar was left huge. The size and shape are pretty, but I can't even try the underboob style that's trendy these days. I've spent more money on dermatology because of the scar than I did on the surgery itself. I expected some scarring, but this is the ugliest surgical mark of all the procedures I've had.
