Around 2018, I got Allergan Inspira implants through an inframammary incision. But the incision line is not in the crease under the breast; it's clearly sitting below the breast, so anyone can tell it was placed there. I don't know what it would be like now, but I still recommend just doing it through the armpit.. They said they also removed the accessory breast tissue, but honestly it's still a bit bulging so I'm not sure. It's obvious it looks artificial, so I had to accept that.. I like the shape.
