It turned out naturally and well. There was none of the nose widening, elongation, or nose-tip drooping that people worry about with paranasal implant surgery, and the implant is fixed firmly too. It wasn't dramatically effective or anything, but if you look at the before-and-after photos, the difference is definitely there. The doctor was kind too, and seemed happy that the surgery went well..
