I have a bridge, but my nasal tip is too low, so I looked into having only the tip done. I came here for a consultation because the reviews were good. It was my first nose consultation, so I was nervous, but the manager was kind. More importantly, the director did not push anything unnecessary or anything that seemed unlikely to improve much. I was told the surgery would use alar cartilage, and hearing the advantages, it seems optimized for the natural look I want in many ways, so I have a good impression of it.
