I liked that it was a one-doctor, one-manager clinic. But for the mini facelift, they just said they would dissect the SMAS layer and cut the retaining ligaments, without explaining exactly where they would cut. What I was most worried about was the muscles around my lips, and I mistakenly assumed they would obviously cut those ligaments too. You have to ask each thing yourself as the consumer.
