While looking into rhinoplasty, I learned about autologous dermis because I absolutely didn't want silicone, and I booked a consultation and had surgery with a doctor who has done a lot of research in that field. I wanted a natural nose that suited my face rather than a flashy, high one, and it's been five years since the surgery and I'm satisfied without any side effects. At first I was planning to use autologous dermis, but during surgery they said it would be fine to raise only the tip with ear cartilage, so that's what we did. The director and the chief manager aren't super friendly, but they felt conscientious and professional.
