I booked a consultation after seeing reviews on a café site, then visited and had the surgery. I liked that it was over quickly, but I thought the service and kindness were a bit lacking. (I was lying on the operating table and the staff were chatting and laughing among themselves, which I just couldn’t get used to... I thought, so this is what some operating rooms are like...) Since I had already booked and it was hard to make time, I just went ahead with it.
