I do not recommend butt fat grafting here!!!!!! This doctor prefers a tiny, small, baby-like butt. But when I was consulting, he acted like he would do it the way I wanted, saying things like, 'Oh okay, I get what you mean, right right,' and then only grafted a very small amount to the pelvic area and just the upper part of the butt.. My body already has a pelvic shape, and I wanted grafting to the lower butt. But he kept refusing, saying it would look saggy and make my legs look short (he told me that during the design stage on the day of surgery). After the surgery, when I strongly complained during the consultation that my hip dips and butt had not improved at all, he first said it had gone well and praised himself, then said there was no need for a second round either, but when I looked dissatisfied, we finally agreed to do a small second round. Honestly, he has a very fixed preference, and I didn't think a second round would improve it much, so I wanted to go to another hospital. But since liposuction had already been done, there would have been very little fat left to take again at a new place, so it would have been hard to get a noticeable effect. So I reluctantly did the second round, thinking it had to be better than it is now. The result is better than before the surgery, but they really put in just a tiny amount into the butt. If I were going to spend that much money, I would have gone somewhere famous for butt work... sigh. Satisfaction is 30%. They seem good at liposuction. But they're not meticulous. Some areas were not fully suctioned, and if there are areas 1, 2, and 3, it's like they skipped 2 and suctioned 1 and 3. To suction 2 again, they'd have to make a new hole just for that, which is critical. But if you don't do it, it's still noticeable, and after three rounds of grafting and liposuction there are 16 scars on my body, plus two places where they made an additional hole over an overlapping area. I've been applying scar ointment consistently for months, but they really don't go away easily. Is there such a thing as scar ointment resistance...?
