I had thigh-lower body contouring together while smoothing out the thighs that had become uneven from liposuction fat harvest for fat grafting at another hospital. It has been well maintained even after several years, but one side of the buttock has a permanent scar where it wasn't stitched, and on one side near the inner thigh, close to the perineum, it became lumpy. I mentioned it when I went in for treatment after the surgery, but they just glanced at it once and told me to go. I don't want to take the risk of lying back on the operating table again, so I'm just living with it.
