Of course the director has a specific aesthetic that she pursues. Looking at the surgery result photos, the outcomes are similar, so if you think that's pretty, I'd recommend hip or butt fat grafting. Personally, I'm extremely satisfied. Liposuction is a very dangerous surgery and also has many side effects, so I chose this place because they don't do marketing and don't offer ad discounts, and they're confident in their skill. In the case of my arms, there were many uncomfortable reviews saying things like they couldn't raise their arms after surgery, but I didn't feel any of that at all, and it felt like the surgery was done safely with no major inconvenience. Does that mean the effect was weak? Not at all. The director also seems to try to remove as much as possible, and in my case I got a dramatic result.
