All the staff and the consultation manager were kind, and the doctor explained things well too. The prices were a bit lower than nearby hospitals. However, I did feel that the consultation manager lacked a bit of expertise. And the doctor tends to go off on tangents during the consultation, but he explained things well, so it wasn't a big problem.
