It was my first surgery, so I had a very thorough consultation. At first the doctor asked what my complex was, and pinpointed my concerns exactly. They spoke realistically, saying that things like the shape of my nostrils and the amount of material in my nose, which other clinics had not told me about, meant the result would not turn out exactly as I had imagined.
