The staff were truly kind, and although the head doctor was quite cynical, the consultation was not bad. They did not pressure me into surgery. It was more like, “For your eyes, doing this and this should work; you don't need this; if you want this, go ahead”—it was entirely up to me. They did not interfere at all. I was generally satisfied with the line and consultation, but the downside? The waiting time was unbelievably long.
