The doctor kept changing, but the facilities were fairly comfortable. Since it was laser toning, there was no particularly dramatic effect. Later, I might try ruby laser instead. You just wash your face yourself and leave your belongings there, and the facility itself was clean and comfortable. Things like masks were provided, and it was convenient because it was not crowded. The coordinator consultation was so-so. The director changed each time, but adjusted the intensity and was fairly kind. It hurt when the laser was used strongly, but I could not really tell whether the improvement or effect was worth the pain.
