First of all, the clinic isn't large; it's quite small. The front-desk staff were also somewhat unfriendly. Even though I told them at the desk that I had made the payment, whether they didn't hear me or pretended not to, I had to say it loudly several times before they finally guided me. You can't choose the doctor; it changes each time you have a procedure. The chief director seemed somewhat unfriendly and eager to finish quickly, whereas Dr. Kwon was good at answering questions and handling requests...
