I went for a consultation because this place was recommended by a friend. I didn't have a precisely decided line at the beginning, only the style that I wanted it to look natural. Even so, the director recommended several lines and worked together with me to adjust them, and I liked that they explained things calmly and thoroughly when I asked about everything I was curious about.
