I went around getting consultations for nose surgery. The wait wasn't very long, and the process went in this order: consulting manager -> doctor -> manager. At first, the consultant asked what parts I wanted improved, so I said the tip was drooping, I had an arrow nose, and my nose was crooked. They said the drooping tip would likely be supported with a septal cartilage or ear cartilage graft, and the crooked nose would probably require osteotomy. Then I consulted with the doctor right away, and unlike what the consultant said, he said there was no need to do osteotomy. He said he would lift the drooping tip using septal cartilage, and if there wasn't enough septal cartilage, he would use ear cartilage, smooth down the dorsal hump, and use AlloDerm at the glabella. He didn't pressure me into an unnecessary operation, and he clearly seemed more professional than the consultant. I didn't go to just one or two places for consultations, and I've had quite a bit of experience and studied for a long time, and his needs matched mine. He explained the side effects transparently, and among all the consultations I had, this was the longest and most comfortable one He explained everything in such detail that it left a good impression, and I decided to have the surgery this coming Saturday, so I'll leave another review after surgery! Oh, and above all, I liked that the A/S period is guaranteed free for 5 years!
