The doctor looked tired, and the consultation was very stiff, but they explained things really well. However, the consultation manager pushed very hard for the same-day reservation deposit. Even when I said I'd think about it until today, they said I had to do it right now... That did lower my trust a bit... Still, the consultation with the director was professional and reliable.
