It was bigger and kinder than I expected. I liked that the doctor didn't recommend surgery I didn't need. The person at reception wasn't great. It only seemed like their tone was kind. The person who told me the price was kind. I liked that they honestly told me about anything bad or difficult instead of just saying everything is good and fine.
