I went for an eye surgery consultation a long time ago, and instead of a manager, the doctor himself consulted me right away. He showed me various photos and used a wire (?) to pinch my eyes, saying they'd look like this, and said that rather than just doing the inner canthoplasty, it would be better to keep my original double eyelid line and do the inner canthoplasty and double eyelid surgery. The consultation wasn't bad.
