It’s been 7 years since my nose surgery, and I had cartilage plus silicone. Originally I only wanted cartilage, but right before surgery it was suddenly decided to add silicone too. But after losing weight, my nose became too high and sharp. I don’t know whether that’s good or bad. Personally I prefer a natural look, but people around me say it looks pretty.
