I had hump-nose surgery without an implant in February 2022. Other plastic surgery clinics said I would need an implant, but here they said bone-cutting alone would be enough, so I had the surgery. As a result, it turned out amazingly natural, and people who don’t know what I looked like back when I had a hump nose often don’t realize I had surgery and just think I was born with a pretty nose.
