The director's consultation was really thorough, and it didn't feel commercial. There was no consultation fee either. But the manager was a bit cold? She seemed like she was trying to rush the booking, so I hesitated a bit .... The facilities do feel a little like an older hospital, but the director was really great

The best. I went because I was worried about exposed nasal tip cartilage, and the director was so nice, thought things through carefully, and gave me a good result. He said the cartilage only needed a slight trim from the silicone.
