The consultation counselor was really extremely unfriendly and arrogant... It was funny how she had that typical fake politeness, glared at me like she was trying to lock in a deposit no matter what, and looked at the customer with suspicious eyes, lol. I was genuinely uncomfortable throughout the whole consultation. This was the first time anyone mentioned another area when I came in for a nose consultation. If you read the other reviews, they're all basically the same complaint, so I don't understand why they don't change her. After the consultation with the director, I felt better and thought maybe I should do it here? But then I had a second meeting with the consultation counselor, and... the suspicion flared up again. She only kept talking about herself, and when the customer talked about their concerns, she just brushed it off and ignored it. It was upsetting. And when I was consulting with the director, she literally stood right next to us and kept sighing that the consultation was going over 10 minutes, giving me subtle pressure. She acted like the long wait time was completely normal - 1 hour.
