I had a reservation, but I ended up waiting more than 20 minutes because the previous surgery was delayed.. The director examined my face and explained things in detail. When I said I came because I was unhappy with parts after surgery at another hospital, he said wouldn’t it be better to just go back to that hospital and have it done there, which made me feel a bit awkward.. But rather than saying everything will definitely go well, he seems to honestly say that there will be some degree of improvement.
