The doctor is the type who says only what needs to be said. His voice was so quiet that I had to strain to listen. He recommended donor rib cartilage. He seemed very competent professionally. The consultation director kept badmouthing other hospitals and was extremely self-important about her own looks, which feels like it ruined the hospital's image.
