Before the consultation with the director, I met with the manager, then saw the director, and after that met with the manager once more before leaving. The director said they could do it with the material I wanted, but because my nose is short, they recommended costal cartilage anyway. The director seems to have their own philosophy, but it felt a little off for me, so I decided to hold off on surgery for now.
