As someone getting a contouring consultation for the first time, I recommend them. I had never even had a single consultation for cosmetic surgery before, so for the first consultation, the key wasn't getting information but getting a feel for things. I didn't prepare much before going, but the director gave me a more specific consultation than I expected, which helped a lot. And maybe because the hospital's system is so well organized, even though I was stumbling through my first consultation, I didn't feel anxious at all, which was good.
