I thought there was a limit to figuring things out online alone, so I narrowed it down to a few places close to home with good breast surgery experience and went for consultations. Among them, this place was the closest to the conditions I considered important, and after the consultation it was the place that helped me the most in setting my 기준. First of all, they tend to check the schedule several times, the day before and the day of the consultation, which helped someone like me, who is usually really careless and forgetful, snap into focus. I think that was a good system. Also, when I first walked into the clinic, I felt the first impression was good. There was calm music playing, and since I had booked the first morning slot, there weren’t many people waiting, so the atmosphere felt peaceful and nice. The front desk staff greeted me brightly and explained things like appointment confirmation and chart filling slowly and calmly, so even though I had no consultation experience, I could quickly understand how the process would go. The first consultation was with the manager, and what made me feel she had a lot of experience was that she set the tone calmly without any weird power-play vibe and explained things in a steady way. Her speech was calm too, but her diction was clear so I could hear everything well. And the best part was that she only explained the necessary points, and helped me consult with the doctor for the important parts like surgery, so even the sensitive cost-related part was explained plainly and ended there. I had two consultations with the manager, once at the beginning and once at the end, and in between I met the doctor. Honestly, my first impression was a little scary, but once I actually had the consultation, he was sweet. He asked me a lot of questions and listened well to my questions too, and especially since I came in without much prior knowledge or consultation experience, there were many things I found hard to understand even when they explained differences in implants and surgery methods. I think the doctor caught that, because he explained things in a bit more detail, which made it much easier to understand. It also helped me organize my thoughts on my own after the consultation ended
