I had semi-permanent eyebrow makeup done in the past, so I’m not sure if they still do it now. There was someone there doing semi-permanent makeup. I went because I thought it would be safe hygienically since it’s done at a hospital. It seems to have turned out well, but semi-permanent eyebrow makeup fades, so there’s no trace of it at all now.
