Around mid-December, I had arm contouring, 360 abdominal liposuction, love handle liposuction, and gluteal fat grafting all on the same day. My stats were body fat 28%, BMI 19.5, and weight 48 kg. I’m now about 3 weeks after surgery, Before surgery my arm circumference was 27 -> now 23 Before surgery my waist was 70 -> now 69 Before surgery my hip circumference was 88 -> now 92 This is the stage where a lot of fibrosis has formed, so once the swelling and fibrosis go down, I think the measurements will shrink even more! For now I have no bruising or inflammation at all, and I liked that the scars on the other areas are less noticeable than I expected, but the elbows and the pubic bone area? are quite noticeable, so I think I need to take good care of them. If I message them on KakaoTalk with questions or concerns after surgery, they reply regardless of weekends or holidays, which I appreciated and made me trust them more. Even after surgery, I see the doctor often for follow-up checks. There’s quite a bit of fibrosis in the abdomen and sides, so I’m planning to book additional aftercare treatments separately.
