I had double eyelid surgery with buried sutures 4 years ago. I have a lot of fat and thick skin, so I should have had incision surgery, but because I was young they said let's do buried sutures. The front part of my left double eyelid had loosened since about a week after surgery. It seems the thread was tied too loosely? Because I was actually aiming for a natural look, I was rather happy and didn't request any aftercare. As time went on it started bothering me, so I decided to have revision surgery. It still hasn't loosened and has stayed clear!! I'm very satisfied with the surgery!!
