First of all, I don't feel any stress from the coordinators or managers. I can't say they're endlessly sincere and kind, but there is no need to read the room or feel stressed. I know they have a lot of difficult customers too, so it must be hard. People say the surgeon's consultation is not very sincere, but that's just his style, and he clearly says when something is not right. That part was a big factor in my decision to get surgery. The manager at ㅁㄴ is kind, which was also a big factor. Going back to the surgeon, when I talk about the parts I'm worried about, he explains exactly how to solve them in a way that's easy to understand. Every hospital has its pros and cons. There is no place with only advantages. Taking that into account, I put down the booking deposit and I'm scheduled for surgery the week after next.
