I had an appointment, but I waited more than 30 minutes, and the consultation with the director took about 10 minutes. There is a consultation fee. The atmosphere of the consultation with the director was neither especially kind nor especially unkind, just nothing special. It seemed like there were several consultation managers. The operating room is on the upper floor.
