This was one of the clinics I visited while looking into upper eyelid surgery for my parents. I had a reservation, but the wait was about 30 to 40 minutes. The consultation went in the order of manager - director - manager, and they were kind, but... Compared with the time I waited, the director’s consultation was too short, which was disappointing.
