At first, the consultation manager was just so-so, and the director was extremely blunt, so I didn’t get the feeling they were particularly kind. The consultation was professional, but it felt formal and I didn’t get the feeling that I wanted to do it here. Another hospital was much kinder, so I ended up doing it at another hospital.
