Body Contouring review at Sinsael (신사엘) · Under-eye fat repositioning + Fat grafting · 2022-10-07

I wanted to get surgery quickly because of my schedule, and luckily surgery was possible on the consultation day, so I decided right away and had the surgery. The consultation with the manager was detailed and good. The doctor felt a little blunt, but that’s just kind of how men are, so it didn’t bother me much. The surgery ended very quickly. I was told it would be short twilight anesthesia and that I’d wake up in the middle, but. I really did wake up in the middle of the sedation, so it was scary. I think it was painful too.. (I was half-conscious..) Anyway, maybe about 30 minutes? later the surgery ended and I moved to the recovery room, got ice massage, swelling care, and was discharged. I also bought medicine at the pharmacy downstairs and went home. I have to wait a bit for the final result, so I’ll add another review later. ---------------- Since it’s January 1, it’s been a little over two months, so I’m writing an additional review. The fat didn’t take and everything sank back in, so the dark circles came back... There’s basically no difference before and after surgery according to people around me. I got a second fat graft touch-up in early December (no cost) When I went for the touch-up, they took photos again, and when I compared the before-and-after photos, there really was almost no difference between before and after surgery (maybe about 10% improvement?) So I got a fat graft touch-up using the stored fat, and because a touch-up isn’t under sedation anesthesia, the actual procedure itself was over in under 3 minutes just with local anesthesia (excluding waiting time////I waited quite a while. I assume they were processing the stored fat again and preparing for the procedure) Then after about a month, the dark circles started coming back again... At this point I’m just resigned to it. It’s only improved by about 20-30% compared to before the surgery, and I guess I should just be satisfied with that. The doctor said not to rub my eyes because of pigmentation, but I don’t usually rub my eyes.
