There was no wait, and the director looked exactly like you'd expect a director at an eye surgery clinic to look. Even now, that impression still sticks in my mind. During the consultation, he drew the eye line and checked it, answered my questions well, and explained things kindly. The manager was also kind and spoke well, and showed me photos of similar eyes. The manager was there during the director's consultation, but didn't interfere or pressure me to book. However, I didn't feel drawn to it at all. It was just average, I guess.
