I paid the reservation deposit and set a date because they said it was an easy surgery and could be done simply. But a few days before surgery, I developed a skin allergy and the skin around my eyes swelled a lot. The dermatologist said absolutely not to touch anything for cosmetic surgery right now and that I should postpone the date, so I explained the situation to the plastic surgery clinic, and they said they would only refund 50% of the deposit. When I said okay, they canceled the cash receipt and then didn’t return my money for more than a month, so I ended up having a huge fight on the phone. This is a place I never want to go back to.
