Body Contouring review at Sinsael (신사엘) · Under-eye fat repositioning + Under-eye fat grafting · 2023-03-18

I got a consultation with Director ㅇㅇㄱ at ㅅㅅㅇ Plastic Surgery near Sinsa Station. My concern: male in my mid-20s. For someone in their 20s, I have a lot of wrinkles around the eyes and a lot of dark circles, and I guess I don’t have much volume under the eyes??.. Anyway, I went for an eye-correction consultation and almost every hospital recommended lower-eye fat repositioning too.. (Only about half the hospitals recommended under-eye fat grafting.) Anyway, I went here because they said they’re good at under-eye fat repositioning and fat grafting.. haha Location: near Sinsa Station Wait time: around 15 minutes Consultation order: manager consultation -> director consultation -> manager consultation Consultation fee: none Friendliness: The director was kind.. (I saw other reviews saying they weren’t kind, but anyway, they were kind to me and explained everything well.) They said they’d remove a lipoma under my eye for free while I was here haha, but since I was busy I told them to take it out with the surgery here next time haha Anyway, the director was kind Consultation details: lower eyelid fat repositioning is necessary. If you only do the repositioning, the under-eye area will look hollow and shadowed, making it look like dark circles.. micro fat grafting also needs to be added.. (Other hospitals just call it fat grafting, but here the director and manager called it ‘micro’ fat grafting.. I don’t know if it’s a different method or if they just call it that to sound more impressive.) It looked like they also do eye surgery, so I asked about eye correction too, and they said because my skin is thin, I could do it without incisions. They made the line so it would show a little double eyelid, like a hidden double fold.. I wasn’t expecting much from the line, but I really liked it haha. No need for anything like lower canthoplasty. Eye correction and under-eye fat grafting are enough. Estimate: lower eyelid fat repositioning (1.65 million won), micro fat grafting (1.1 million won) When I said other hospitals only charge 700,000-800,000 won for fat grafting, the manager reduced it to under-eye fat repositioning (1.43 million won) and fat grafting (770,000 won) in exchange for publicly sharing my face haha If anyone here is planning to go, try negotiating well haha When I said I came from Jeju, the manager said the procedure would be over quickly anyway, so I should take advantage of being here and get it done haha It wasn’t the kind of pressure that felt unpleasant, more like they were just being considerate because I came from far away ???.. But other hospitals said some of the fat grafting would be absorbed later, while here they seemed to imply almost none would be absorbed..;; Well, they said they’d just do a touch-up later if needed.. From other reviews too, it seems like they often recommend both under-eye repositioning and fat grafting.
