Maybe because there’s only one director, they seemed very busy. They explained the overall framework for the surgery on the area and answered questions briefly, but the staff handled the more detailed explanations and seemed even kinder about it. It felt professional. It seems like there’s a baseline price level, a clinic where confidence in the skill is built into the atmosphere.
