I had it done 6 years ago, so I don't remember the cost well, but I remember it being quite expensive. Overall, I am very satisfied with the result. I was worried a lot that the fat graft would disappear quickly, but it's still fine even 6 years later. Right after the surgery until about 2 years after, I didn't really have sensation under my right eye, but it did come back eventually.
