The lighting was bad, and as soon as I went in, there was a smell like gas. So I felt a first wave of resistance, but the consultation was as professional as I’d heard, and I could tell they had handled many cases. The manager also didn’t seem especially pushy and had a gentle feel, but she explained only the useful parts, which was helpful.
