The director was kind, but the consultation was shorter than I expected, so that was a bit disappointing. Still, when I mentioned the possibility of complications, they answered kindly. I actually spent more time with the manager, who was extremely kind. They explained the surgical method and showed several photos, so it was easy to understand. The facility was also quiet and had a nice atmosphere.
