It’s been over a year since the surgery. The eye-under-bag ad and consultation made it sound like it was just a very simple procedure and that I could go back to daily life right away, but it’s actually a pretty major surgery. The swelling is crazy. And there are tons of side effects related to under-eye fat repositioning, so everyone should look it up and think carefully before doing it. After the surgery here, I don’t know exactly what they did with the under-eye fat, but my eyes sank in, the under-eye line came up, and my eyes got smaller and felt much more cramped than before the surgery. The hospital said it was because not much time had passed since surgery and that everything would return, and that there were no changes to my eye shape at all, but even now, a year later, the change in my eye shape hasn’t gone back ㅎㅎㅎ The hospital also doesn’t take responsibility for anything. The price was way too high, and even right before surgery they added extra charges for things like IV fluids depending on the package ㅎㅎ. If I could go back, I would absolutely never do this surgery. My under-eyes were already hollow, so I wasn’t someone who should have had repositioning done in the first place; I should have had fat grafting or fillers instead ㅠ I regret just trusting the doctor and manager during the consultation. Everyone, please research carefully before surgery .. seriously.
