The director was kind. They tried to figure out what the visitor wanted. They considered my requests as much as possible. I had a consultation for about 40 minutes, and they explained the limitations of the surgery well. Among the hospitals I visited for consultations, they explained things in the most detail. The only slight disappointment was that I wanted them to explain the post-op appearance in more detail, like how it would change afterward. Of course, I should have asked more.. The consultation staff member brought up same-day booking, which caught me a little off guard. Still, when I politely said I didn’t think same-day booking would work, they understood.
