I consulted with the manager, then the director, then the manager again, and they carefully explained everything from the necessary parts to the parts I was worried about. Because the consultation was so thorough, the cost burden felt a bit heavy too. Still, I think it's a hospital worth considering. The director definitely seems like someone meticulous at a glance.
